Initial Consultation Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms of the initial consultation between AVera Immigration Services, located at 2550 Lawrence Avenue E., Scarborough, ON M1P 4Z3, and the prospective client(s).

AVera Immigration Services is led by Arlene de Vera, RCIC R707083, a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), the regulatory body governing immigration and citizenship consultants in Canada.

Purpose of the Consultation

• Answer your immigration-related questions;

• Discuss your status in Canada and available options;

• Review visitor, study, work permit, permanent residence, or sponsorship matters; and

• Discuss refusals and possible next steps.

Consultation Fee

The fee is $50 for a 20-minute consultation. Payment must be received before the consultation and at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted. Payment instructions will be provided by email.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email arlene@averaimmigration.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation.

• Missed appointments are non-refundable.

• Consultations may be rescheduled up to two (2) times at no additional charge.

• Consultations are conducted virtually through online communication platforms.

Confidentiality

All information and documents you provide will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is authorized by you or required by law.

Important Notice

Please ensure that all requested information and documents are provided at least 24 hours before the consultation.

The consultation does not create an ongoing client-consultant relationship and does not authorize AVera Immigration Services or Arlene de Vera to act as your representative.

Any advice provided is based on the information available at the time of the consultation and may change if additional information becomes available or immigration laws and policies change.

Acceptance

By entering your name and contact information in the fields provided and submitting the consultation request form accompanying this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Initial Consultation Agreement.

You further acknowledge that the information you provide is true and complete to the best of your knowledge and that payment of the consultation fee constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement.

The electronic submission of the form and payment of the consultation fee shall be deemed equivalent to a handwritten signature for the purposes of this Agreement.
